Ordered from FCRA-regulated partner agencies. You pay the agency’s package price plus a flat VeriAxis coordination fee of $4 per order. We quote the exact package price before you order, and we never mark up the agency’s fee.

Employment credit reports require the credit bureaus to credential your company first, including a premises inspection, and are restricted or prohibited in roughly a dozen states and several cities. Ask us before you plan around them.

If a verification fails because of an error on our side, we credit it back automatically. You never pay for our outage.
Included monthly verifications do not roll over and are not refundable, which is why we recommend starting on pay as you go.
Raise a query within 30 days of an invoice and we will review it and correct any error promptly.
One completed candidate flow, whatever the outcome: verified, name mismatch, unverified, or declined. Links that expire unopened are never charged, and a candidate retrying on a second number within the same request is not charged twice.
